Program Objective

Our Courses

The endeavour of this programme is to educate the participants with the legal aspects of the regime and to discuss the interplay of the regulations with the practical aspects. The participants would be trained to

  • understand the nuances of the regulations
  • understand the compliances
  • identify potential issues that may arise vis-à-vis common operations and
  • understand alternate risk mitigation mechanism available.

We do believe that the participant, post this programme, would be able to handle transfer pricing issues pertaining to his or her organization with a lot more confidence and take more informed decision vis-à-vis the organizations inter-company dealings.
