Grant Thornton in India celebrates its fourth global CSR day, adopts ‘Every Day CSR’ app.....

“We are redefining the way we approach CSR to be something much more meaningful and something which helps create purpose for our people beyond just their work commitments and career aspirations. We want to embed social responsibility into our Firm’s Culture and that is why we call it Every Day CSR. We have already launched 4 work streams each with their distinct focus i.e., supporting or empowering our support staff and their families, building financial and compliance capabilities among our clients in the NFP space and providing support to underprivileged children in the areas of health and education. The CSR team is enthused by the nearly 300 partners and staff who have volunteered their time across the work streams. We would encourage even higher participation and are committed to making a difference to our Communities thereby furthering our Firm’s purpose of contributing to a more Vibrant Economy,”
