Covid -19 has created the era of working from home as a necessity rather than a flexible work option. Following a Code of Conduct and professional etiquette does not change no matter where you are working from. Organisations still have the responsibility to protect their employees and ensure they have a conducive environment to work in, one that is free from harassment. Currently while employees maybe at home, they continue to operate in a “workplace”. It is pertinent for employers to realise that work from home is an extension of the workplace and ensure that it remains as safe and free of harassment for its employees.

Grant Thornton Bharat invites you to a webinar on Prevention of Sexual Harassment (POSH): Re-designing your policy for the new normal where our experts will discuss the nuances of the POSH Act 2013, highlight how it applies to remote working conditions, share best practises to address ethical dilemmas and summarize the redressal mechanism for a virtual working set up. Our expert panelists will also discuss best practises to protect your personnel, raise awareness, prevent harassment and promote their wellbeing at all costs.
