"The Organisation for Economic Co-operation and Development (“OECD”), in July 2017, issued the revised Transfer Pricing Guidelines for Multinational Enterprises and Tax Administrations (“revised guidelines”) replacing its erstwhile guidelines issued in July 2010 primarily as an outcome of the significant revisions emanating from its Base Erosion and Profit Shifting project initiated in 2013 and concluded in 2015."
