Union Budget 2014-15: Impact on the Healthcare sector

In an overall ‘pro-investment’ Budget, the Finance Minister has set out the structural roadmap and crossed the halfway mark of the expectations that were set out for several sectors. Healthcare and Life Sciences sectors, however, did not seem to have found much favour in this Budget, other than a few pockets of encouragement.
