We hosted a webinar on the PM-VBRY, a scheme that provides direct benefits to first-time employees and automatically includes establishments registered under the EPF & MP Act, 1952, with no separate enrolment required.

The session explored the scheme’s structure, covering Part A for employee benefits and Part B for employer incentives, along with practical steps for organisations to maximise benefits. Ms Richa Sharma, Director, Ministry of Labour and Employment, along with our leaders, shared insights from the ministry’s perspective and provided detailed guidance on various aspects of the scheme’s implementation.
