The Union Government recently announced the “Sabka Vishwas (Legacy Dispute Resolution) Scheme” to clear backlog of pending litigations from the pre-GST regime, namely under the Central Excise and Service Tax laws and various other related enactments which were subsumed in the GST.
The scheme is open from 01 September 2019 to 31 December 2019 and intends to settle pending litigation within 60 days of making the declaration.
We invite you to join us for webinar on Thursday, 05 September 2019 where our experts will decode the fine print of the Scheme.
