Grant Thornton Bharat organised a webinar on Good Governance in Managing Related Party Transactions webinar in association with the Confederation of Indian Industry (CII) on 18 December 2020.
Our expert speakers discussed the competitive differentiation good corporate governance brings for organisations on a sustainable basis by legally and ethically maximising shareholder value. They also shared their insights on how boards must review, critique and improve strategies presented by the management in order to promote good governance and ease of doing business.
