Grant Thornton Bharat ranks #30 on TIME and Statista’s India’s Best Employers 2026 list, highest among professional services firms

Grant Thornton Bharat has been ranked among India’s Best Employers 2026 by TIME and Statista, emerging as the highest-ranked professional services firm in the country at #30.

The recognition is a testament to the firm’s commitment to building a people-first, high-performance culture where individuals are empowered to grow, collaborate and thrive. For Grant Thornton Bharat, it is an affirmation of the belief that culture is not separate from performance, but a key driver of sustainable growth, innovation and long-term institution building.

The 2026 edition marks the second year of TIME and Statista’s India’s Best Employers ranking, based on independent employee surveys conducted across countries around the world. In India, Statista gathered more than 760,000 evaluations from employees across a wide range of sectors. The surveys assessed employees’ willingness to recommend their own employer as well as other employers within their industry. Based on these responses, the top 500 organisations were recognised as India’s Best Employers 2026.

When our own people tell us that we are doing something right, it makes all the difference. What makes this recognition even more special is that it isn’t something we put ourselves forward for, it is a reflection of how our people experience their Firm. Moving from #85 to #30 is a wonderful moment for all of us, because behind that number are the relationships and experiences that shape our culture. This recognition belongs to our people.
