Hear from the participants

Abhishek Tripathi, IIM Jammu

Thank you, ma'am, for providing a sneak peek into the culture of your esteemed organisation. It leaves a significant impact on the mindset of the youth to have a work culture where every individual can be expressive of their personality.

Samarth Jutla, IIM Shillong

I had the privilege of interacting with ma’am. Her enthusiasm effectively highlighted the organisation’s dynamic energy and unwavering commitment to prioritising people. Her focus on #adaptability and  #criticalthinking, which are core competencies for consulting, resonated with me, and her insights into Grant Thornton Bharat's #growth were truly helpful. The whole session reinforced my belief that an organisation's success starts with the capabilities of its people, and with the right individuals and #collaborative efforts, new heights can be achieved at both organisational and personal levels.

Shubh Singh, Jaipuria Institute of Management

It truly was an honour being a part of the session. I had never thought I'd meet or get to hear from someone who has gone through or has experienced so many similar events as me. But everything you mentioned and everything you didn't were all an amazing blend poured into my newly brewed core memory. I look up to you and am grateful for the opportunity I got a few days back, hoping I get to listen to you soon. You're an inspiration for many sir!

Dhruvi Chhajer, Masters Union

My takeaway from your ‘bitter yet inspiring’ session was the importance of building mental resilience and doing the ‘boring’ stuff. That's the only thing that can really help us achieve anything we set our minds to. I was inspired by how much you have worked on yourself to become who you are. It really shows in your physical fitness, your mental resilience, and the authenticity with which you spoke every word. You truly own your life, and it shows!

Pranay Ramchandani, SIBM Bengaluru

Thank you for the enriching session, sir. We're glad to know that you were amazed by the depth and quality of questions and interactions with our students. We definitely got a reality check by your session and we are honoured to have hosted you on our campus.

Aditya Prakash, International School of Business and Media, Pune

Sir, thank you for visiting our college and sharing your valuable insights during the guest talk. Your expertise and advice were greatly appreciated by all of us. We look forward to staying connected and hope to have the opportunity to welcome you back in the future.

Sanchita Singh, Gargi College

The day's most fascinating portion was sir’s session. It is the focus of my entire post. The guest speaker gave a powerful and inspirational overview of his life story to start the programme. He talked about his incredible journey from being an average student to now being well-known. He welcomed questions from audience following his speech. He answered my query with complete satisfaction since I am one of the pupils that asked him a question.

The second question dealt with battling one's inner self as well as the dread and hesitation that all of us have felt.

In response to the second question, he talked about the challenging period of his life and the terror he endured for nearly twenty years. In previous years, though, he finally found the bravery to confront it. Sir advised me to ignore the negative remarks made by the world and concentrate only on pursuing my goals and objectives, as their negative sayings may ultimately be the driving force behind my success. So, just do your absolute best.

Junoon, jazbaa aur zid humesha zinda rakhna…”

I feel a lot more confident now because of these lines and his inspiring life experiences. My takeaway from the entire session was the idea that it's okay if you are currently falling behind because you are competing with yourself and not with others, and today doesn't determine tomorrow.
