Terms & Conditions

  • Grant Thornton India LLP (hereinafter ‘GT’) agrees to provide training as per the offering mentioned on the course brochure at the time of enrolment
  • GT will communicate the details of training venue to the participants at the time of enrolment. However, it reserves the right to change the location/ venue at any time
  • Post-receipt of the fees from Participants, GT will send mail to the participants confirming their enrolment for the training program they enrolled for.
  • Modes of payment would be
    • Cheque
    • Demand Draft
    • Credit / Debit card
  • Mode of communication with the participants would be via their email addresses provided at the time of enrolment. GT will not be obliged to make calls to inform the participants wrt to any change in program.
  • GT agrees to conduct the training by its Subject Matter Experts(SMEs).
  • GT follows high standard training delivery by experts, and has the right to change the schedule of the topics if it may deem necessary and may deploy different trainers.
  • GT will use the feedback mechanism to know the feedback of participants. The feedbacks forms would be collectively reviewed by us to assess the quality of delivery. In case demanded by the participants, GT reserves the right to decide, whether the session should be repeated or not.
  • GT will only provide content mentioned in the program offering. Anything not mentioned in the brochure/ website or otherwise communicated to the participant will not be given to participants.
  • It is sole discretion of GT whether to allow a participant to reschedule his/her participation in a program subject to the following conditions:
    • Re- scheduling of any program/workshop will be subject to availability
    • Participant will be required to fill a Re-attending form in order to notify operations
  • Participants will not be allowed to move from one location to another without prior intimation
  • GT organize all classroom sessions either at its office or at third party venue/ hotel. Participants should follow all the required safety and security guidelines given by premise administration team
  • GT reserves the right to cancel/ postpone the training because of any below mentioned but not limiting to the following reasons:
    • Insufficient enrolments
    • Instructor illness
    • Unavoidable events like earthquake, floods, political events, etc.
  • In case of any cancellation from GT side, participant will be given an option to attend future sessions, if available or will be granted a full refund of the participation fee.
  • GT strictly follow a No-Refund policy.
  • Once a participant has registered for any course, he or she cannot transfer the same in another’s name.
  • information imparted & discussions held during the sessions must not be construed as an opinion/advice of GTIL. All information will be basis the existing & applicable laws. Any change in law may have an impact on the information given.
  • These Terms and Conditions will be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India and be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of New Delhi
  • GT must be notified in writing of any complaints regarding trainings provided or fees charged from the participants within 7 days from the date of the training or from the date of receipt of fees. Any such complaint does not entitle the Participant for refund of fees paid.
